1.2 Eligibility: You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Site. Use of our services by minors is subject to parental consent and supervision.

2. Description of Services

2.1 Services Provided: AfrooNET offers an AI-powered educational platform, including tools to generate content, create lesson plans, and support secondary education aligned with the Zimbabwean curriculum. Features include school modules, tutoring support, an advanced dashboard, secure payment gateways, and multilingual capabilities.

2.2 Free Trial and Subscriptions:

We may offer a free trial period for new users. After the trial, access to premium features is available via a subscription fee (currently “10 per Month” as stated on the Site).
All payments are processed securely via our third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Ecocash, OneMoney). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Registration: To access certain features of our Site, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

5.1 Payment Terms: Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as otherwise stated in our refund policy or as required by law.

5.2 Modifications to Fees: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. We will provide advance notice of any fee changes, and your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

6.1 No Warranty: The Site and its services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our services.

7.1 Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Site. Any cancellation will not affect your obligations for fees incurred prior to cancellation.

7.2 Termination by AfrooNET: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe.

8.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the appropriate courts in Zimbabwe.
